ASPEN Hydrologic Services, LLC provides hydrological
services for mining, ranching, municipalities, government
agencies, etc.

Our primary experience is in the Nevada and gold/copper
mining industries with secondary experience in lithium mining
(brine wellfield). Principles also have in-depth farming &
ranching experience including irrigation and well water.
Extensive knowledge of water monitoring and water chemistry.

The ASPEN Team:

Sherry Gaddy
, Principal and Hydrologist, has extensive experience in the mining industry in all areas
related to water. Sherry’s background includes growing up and working on a farm and ranch in South Dakota,
a degree in geological engineering from SDSM&T, four years as an environmental chemist, one year in the
petroleum industry, and fifteen years in the mining industry in Nevada.

Sherry’s vast experience encompasses aquifer evaluations including hydrologic model analysis, structural flow
systems in bedrock, Project Management of million dollar drilling projects, mine dewatering, excess water
disposal (RIBs, injection, drains), pump/pipe design, water rights/state permitting, water chemistry evaluation
and database setup/ management.

She has worked for Santa Fe Pacific Gold and Newmont at the Lone Tree Mine, Round Mountain Gold Mine,
Chemetall Foote in Lithium production, Robinson Nevada Mining Company
, Phil Henry and Sumitomo Metal
Mining Pogo Mine
. She has trained operations/maintenance personnel in proper wellfield management,
preventative maintenance, well rehab and troubleshooting catastrophic well/pump failures.

Her experience also includes community involvement. She has been the President of the Board of Trustees in
the Esmeralda County School District and is currently publishing/developing the White Pine Chamber of
Commerce Member Newsletter while serving as a director on the board.

Dennis Gaddy II, Business Manager, brings experience primarily from the Lithium mining industry. Dennis
has worked in mill maintenance for twenty years including copper mining.  During that time, he also had dual
job functions as IT administrator for eight years, planner for five years and supervisor for three years. He
managed the maintenance and operation of 48 lithium brine production wells and maintenance of three lithium
production plants.

Dennis has extensive experience in pump troubleshooting and maintenance from downhole systems to large
mill slurry pumps.

His experience also includes community involvement. Dennis was a member of the Silverpeak Volunteer
Ambulance Service for seventeen years as an EMT Intermediate, the Silverpeak Volunteer Fire Department
for eleven years, Baptist Youth Minister for seven years and Chairman of the Silverpeak Town Board for
three years.
